These Terms & Conditions apply to Puzzle Block Jam (the "Application"), a mobile application created by Coolmination LLC (the "Service Provider") and offered as a free service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.
Use of the Application
You may not:
- Copy or modify the Application or any part of it.
- Copy, misuse, or infringe the Service Provider's trademarks.
- Attempt to extract the source code of the Application.
- Translate the Application into other languages.
- Create derivative works based on the Application.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
Service Changes and Charges
The Service Provider may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the Application at any time to improve the service.
The Service Provider also reserves the right to introduce charges for the Application or related services at any time. If any charges are introduced, they will be clearly communicated.
Data and Device Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly recommends that you do not jailbreak or root your device. Doing so may compromise your device's security, expose it to malware or malicious software, and may cause the Application to function improperly or stop working entirely.

Internet and Network Usage
Some features of the Application require an active internet connection, either through Wi-Fi or your mobile network provider.

- Your network connection is otherwise unavailable or unstable.
If you use the Application outside a Wi-Fi area, your mobile carrier's terms still apply. You may incur charges for mobile data usage, roaming, or other third-party fees while using the Application. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming charges incurred outside your home region or country.
If you are not the account holder or bill payer for the device being used, use of the Application assumes that you have permission from that person.
Device Responsibility
You are responsible for keeping your device charged and functional. The Service Provider is not responsible if you are unable to access the Application because your device has run out of battery or is otherwise unavailable.
Disclaimer of Liability
The Service Provider aims to keep the Application useful, current, and accurate. However, some information or functionality may rely on third parties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application or from the inability to use it as expected.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time. Continued use may require you to download and install updates.
The Service Provider does not guarantee that the Application will always remain compatible with your device's operating system or continue to be updated for your specific needs.
The Service Provider may also stop providing the Application at any time without prior notice. Unless stated otherwise:
- The rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms will end.
- You must stop using the Application.
- You may need to delete the Application from your device.
